He was predeceased by: his wife Velma Gurganus Cooper. He is survived by: his children, Peggy Cooper Sullivan (Tim) of Richlands and Milton "Buddy" Cooper (Betty) of Richlands. He is also survived by six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
The family ask that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in lieu of Flowers.
