He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Edward Ridge, Sr. and Caroline Brock Ridge; his mother-in-law Adeline Baysden Humphrey; his children, Keith Brock Ridge and Catherine Marie Ridge; and his adoptive son Harry McClain Kennedy.
He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Craig Brock Ridge and Beth Ridge Brown; his son-in-law Ken Brown; his granddaughter Bailey Caroline Brown; and his brother Samuel Edward Ridge, Jr..
