She is survived by: her husband Paul Tipton; her daughters, Paula Dover (Scott) of Richlands, NC and Ginger Tipton of Richlands, NC; her brother Eddie Casper (Terry) of Kinston, NC; and her grandchildren, Emanuel Santiago, Cody Crews, Mikel Santiago, Kayla Hutchings, Brandon Hutchings and Harleigh Barbee. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
