He was predeceased by: his father Gordon Adrian; and his sister Sally Pellak Brumfield. He is survived by: his wife Donna Grawl Pellak of Philadelphia, PA; his children, Cheyanne Pellak of Holland, NY, Andrew Pellak of Richlands and Justin Pellak of Richlands; his mother Jeanette Adrian of Richlands; his sister Hope Pellak Spicciati of Pittsburg, PA; and his grandchildren, Savannah Pellak, Michael Pellak and Margeaux Pellak.
