He is survived by: his son Justin Batchelor (Staci) of Sanford, NC; his stepmother Linda Batchelor of Washington, NC; his stepdaughter Mandy Griffin; his children, Carson and Chloe; his sister Deanne Batchelor of Mooresville, NC; and also Penny Batchelor of Bennett, NC. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
