He is survived by: his significant other Patricia Wash; his children, Daniel Jacoby (Heather), Brenda Schuffert (Dale) and Hank Wash (Brandi); his grandchildren, Brice, Breton, Emily Schuffert, Cassidy Jacoby, Graysen, Alexa and Hayden Wash; and his siblings, Lori Harrell (Frank) and Bill Wash (Darlene). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
