He is survived by: his children, Pansy Foy Jones of Clayton, Melanie Foy Russell (Frankie) of Myrtle Beach, Vickie Foy Hobbs (Ricky) of Richlands, Betsy Foy James of Wallace, Crystal Foy Davis of Verona, Tina Foy Lowe of Richlands, Tommy Foy (Rachal) of Richlands and Talbert Foy (Beverly) of Maple Hill. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; and thirty-three great-grandchildren.
