It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edith Moncus of Richlands, North Carolina, who passed away on January 22, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Pat Padrick (Sue) of Asheboro, NC, Tina Rhodes (Rodney) and Brenda Byrd (Perry) of Jacksonville; her grandchildren, Jason Shepherd, Melissa Rhodes, Sydney, Madison Byrd and Jeremy Padrick; and her brother Walker Melton of Virginia Beach.
