She was predeceased by: her husband James Hanes; her parents, Louise Maready Moffett Norris and Robert Brown; and her daughter Joyce Louise Mayhew Hanes. She is survived by: her siblings, Robert Brown (Julia), Cathy Knuckles (Gary) and Linda Costello (Jim). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
