He is survived by: his wife Mary Chase; his daughters, Denise Clarke (Josh) of Richlands and Amber Owen (Greg) of Richlands; his grandchildren, Brittany Bell (Mike), Rebecca Pierce (Dustin), Caitlin Bagby (Sean), Phillip Murray and Joshua Clarke; his great grandchildren, Michael Bell Jr., Riley Bell, Hunter Bell, Andrew Bell and Kaylee Pierce; and his sister Peggy.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's.
