She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Goodman and Mamie Barger Goodman; her husband Melvin Shaver; and her brothers, Alvin Goodman and Howard Goodman.
She is survived by: her son Ralph Wayne Shaver (Paula) of Richfield; and her grandson Ralph Wayne Shaver, Jr. (Katherine) of Pinnacle, NC. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
