He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Carson Morgan and Lizzie Talbert Morgan; his former wives, Doris Furr Morgan and Germaine Melancon; his stepmother Mahaza Barbee Morgan; and his brothers, Carson Morgan, JD Morgan and Bill Morgan.
He is survived by: his sons, Kenny Morgan Jr. (Katherine) of Newport News, VA. and Rodney D. Morgan of Richfield, NC.; his grandsons, Matthew W. Morgan and Marcus N. Morgan Sr. (Didy); his great grandchildren, Cindora and Marcus Jr.; and his sister-in-law Rella Mae Morgan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
