He is survived by: his wife Angie Pickard Prescott; his son Michael "Shane" Prescott (Jennifer) of Concord; his granddaughters, Adda and Emme Prescott; his sister Gail Hurley of Asheboro; his sister-in-law LuAnn Ellington Allen of Richfield; his niece Amy Pope (Jay); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Raley of Randleman and Gannon Pope of Randleman; his nephew Terry Ellington (Wendy); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Xander of Lexington, Ethan of Lexington and Carter of Lexington; and his nephew Tim Ellington of Staley.
