He is survived by: his wife Joyce Frick Mullis; his children, Dean Mullis (Jenifer), Mark Mullis (Tammy), Rick Mullis (Sandy) and Darrell Mullis (Lou Anne); his sister Dolly Howard; his grandchildren, Daniel Mullis (Lauren), Winslow Barnes (Taylor), Tanner Mullis (Jenna), Landon Anne Mullis, Ellie Mullis, Levi Mullis, Anne Marie Mullis and Georgia Lane Mullis; and his great grandchildren, Raylan Mullis, Brody Mullis and Wrenley Barnes.
