He is survived by: his wife Ruby Caudle Fraley; his daughter Debra Fraley Smith (Sid); his grandchildren, Titus Russell (Nicole), Brett Ballard, Brooke Brown (Shayne) and Amie Hooks (Garrett); and his great grandchildren, Gunnar Hooks, Alayna Russell and Jaxton Hooks.
