She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Grossi and Rebecca Jean Grossi; her husband Boyce Lee Carpenter; her grandson Joseph Daniel Hill; her brother Joseph Grossi, Jr.; and her niece Rebecca Reiher.
She is survived by: her children, April McWilliams (Cory) of Columbus, GA and Christoper Kubik (Amber) of Beulaville, NC; her grandchildren, Nicholas Hill, Sarah Hill, Devin Kubik, Dylan and Erik McWilliams; her brother William Reiher (Yvonne); and her niece Vickie Jo Reiher.
