He was predeceased by: his parents, James Noe and Mattie Noe; his wife Mary Lettie Dunn; and his children, Tammy Harrison and James Dunn.

He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Davis, Bonnie Sides, Kimberly Jones, Helen Welker and Patricia Edwards; and his niece Kim Dunn. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and numerous beloved great-grandchildren.
