He was predeceased by: his parents, Grey Foy Williams and Margaret Grace Kennedy; his daughter Kim Russell; and his grandson Tate Nathaniel Williams. He is survived by: his wife Julia Ann Williams of Richfield, NC; his children, Jeff Williams (Lisa) of Albemarle, NC and Mitzi Ward of Badin, NC; his grandchildren, Monica Talbert (Billy), Nikki Hinson (Brian), Derek Williams (Holly), Erin Floyd (Devin), Kayce Ingold (Tyler), Kayte Smith (Tyler), Brittany Ward, Deva Ward (Courtney), Keelie Crayton (Cameron), Karman Kelly (Jack) and Bailey Williams (Marcus Mason); and his sister Kay Barringer (Ed) of Gold Hill. He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren.
