He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Henderson Ridenhour Sr. and Ida Gladys Misenheimer; and his siblings, Walter Elwood, Adam Henderson Jr., Mae Bell Helms, Lorene Cook, Betty Blackwelder and Dorothy Shaver.
He is survived by: his wife Julia Burleson Ridenhour; his daughter Joy (Robert Ridenhour Brown); his grandchildren, Pressley Adam Brown and Caroline Elizabeth Brown; and his great grandchildren, Jayden Adam Brown and Aleah Elizabeth Brown.
