It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Angela Fraley Ballard of Richfield, North Carolina, who passed away on January 18, 2022, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wayne Fraley and Ruby Fraley of Richfield; her children, Brett Thomas Ballard of Charlotte and Hannah Jayne Ballard of Charlotte; her sister Debra Smith (Sid Smith); her nieces and nephews, Titus Russell (Nicole Morgan), Brooke Brown (Shayne), Amie Hooks (Garrett), Gunnar, Jaxton Hooks and Alayna Russell; and her pet Bentley.
