He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Elizabeth Harris; his grandparents, McKinley and Addie Stephenson; his brothers, Willie Joe Harris, Rudolph Harris and Albert Harris; his aunts and uncles, Maude Lee, Lois Monger, McKinley Stephenson, Jr. and Edward Stephenson; his siblings, Garland Stephenson (Gloria) of Garysburg, Clarence Harris (Elaine) of Murfreesboro, Eddie Harris (Lillian) of Severn, Lorenzo Harris, Jr. (Ophelia) of Como, Aaron Harrris of Potecasi, Mary Stephenson of Severn and Joyce Everett (Lewis) of Hampton, Virginia; his aunt Hilda West of Norfolk, Virginia; and his uncles, Floyd Stephenson of Courtland, Theodore Stephenson (Mae Lois) of Seaboard and Robert Stephenson of Como. He was also cherished by his brother, uncles and cousins.

Frank's educational foundation began at Meherrin School, Severn, North Carolina.
