She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Edward Bazemore and Okie Leigh Butler Bazemore; her husband Onis Wilbur Lewis; and her sisters, Janice Barber, Hilda Mae Lassiter and Jessie Leigh Lassiter.
She is survived by: her nephew Albert Lassiter (Carolyn) of Windsor, NC. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the family will plan a celebration of life memorial service at a later time.
