It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vickie Denise Morrison of Rhodhiss, North Carolina, who passed away on January 17, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Athens Morrison and Betty Holland Morrison; her husband Barry Ronald Winkler; and her brother Neil Morrison. She is survived by: her cousins, Amy Morrison of Granite Falls, Len Morrison of Granite Falls, Camron, Henry and Mary Morrison; her uncle L. C. Morrison of Lenoir; her aunt Nancy Morrison of Lenoir; her cousins, Annitra Morrison of Lenoir and Linda Justice of Hendersonville, NC; and her stepsons, Tony Michael Winkler (Trina) of Lenoir, Mark Avery Winkler (Anita) of Lenoir and Willard David Winkler (Kerry) of Hudson.
