He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Jackson Berry and Bertha Berniece Thorne Berry; his former wife Judy Brittain Berry; his wife Wanda C. Berry; his son Carson Dean Berry; his stepdaughter Donna Carpenter; and his siblings, Myrtis Berry Brittain, Bessie Sharp, Dorothy Munday, Everette Berry and Thomas Berry.
He is survived by: his brother Fred Berry of Connelly Springs; his grandchildren, Connor Berry of Hudson, Dakota Berry (Blair) of Missouri and Austin Berry of Connelly Springs; his great grandchild Jude Berry of Missouri; his stepdaughters, Janice Ingle (Jim) and Jessica Poarch (Tylor); and his close friend Courtney Keaton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
