He was predeceased by: his wife Mae Fleming Pendergrast. He is survived by: his children, Ronnie Pendergrast (Vickie) of Kings Mountain, Jesse Pendergrast of Rhodhiss, Mikeal Pendergrast (Renee) of Dudley Shoals, Debbie Mitchell (Keith) of Taylorsville, Yvette Willis (Tim) of Rhodhiss and Kimberly Leonard (Darren) of Lincolnton. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
