He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Everette Setzer and Edith Louise Beard Setzer; and his siblings, Donnie Everette Setzer and Tammy Setzer Hernandez. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Kay Lunsford Setzer; his children, Kenneth Wayne Setzer of Rhodhiss, Mark Anthony Setzer of Rhodhiss and Amanda Leigh Setzer (John Worley) of Granite Falls; and his siblings, Timmy Setzer (Cindy) of Hickory, Sherry Woodruff of Valdese, Patricia Hartley of Lenoir, Teresa Bell Godfrey of Hickory, Angie "Champer" Summerow (Allen) of Hickory and Cathy Ann Setzer of Hildebran, NC. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
