It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Annette Merritt (Rex, North Carolina), who passed away on September 21, 2019, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Sherrial Merritt; her children, Erica Gaddy, Keigan Gaddy and Kayleigh Merritt; her parents, Sybil Norris (Bobby) of Angier and Danny Wray Matthews (Debbie) of Willow Spring; her grandmother Ethel Lou Lamm of Angier; and her siblings, Miranda Johnson (James) of Angier, Daniel Matthews, Kristy of Fuquay-Varina, Shanon Matthews of Angier, Brandy Norris and Lateef of Clayton.
