She was predeceased by: her parents, Connie Edward Keith and Belle Bailey Keith; her husbands, Alton "Tot" Estes and Carlton Ross; and her granddaughter Dana Player.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Estes (Ann) of Wake Forest, Tim Ross of Raleigh, Janice Estes Lowery (Steve, Sr.) of Wake Forest and Janet Estes Player (Tommy) of Creedmoor; her grandsons, Chad Powell (Michelle) of Wake Forest, Scott Powell (Amy) of Wilton and Kevin Estes of Wake Forest; and her great grandchildren, Ashlyn, Grayson, Hayden Powell, Ethan and Ella Schwalbach.
