She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton B. Johnson and Estella Beasley Johnson; her stepchildren, Travis Creech, Jonathon Creech and Kathy Bush; and her brothers, Edward Johnson, Herbert Lee Johnson, Melvin C. Johnson and J. C. Johnson.

She is survived by: her husband James Thomas Creech; her son Timmy Creech (Sara) of Goldsboro, NC; and her grandchildren, Ben, Miranda, Katie, Amy, Amber, Misty and Christopher. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren; many loving nieces and nephews.
