He is survived by: his wife Linda Eatmon; his children, Donna Boswell (Harold), Sharon Sherrod (David) and Jason Patterson (Lauren); his siblings, Garland Eatmon and Linda Brantley; his grandchildren, Travis Boswell (Amber), Matthew Boswell (Jenna), Elijah Sherrod (Kaci), Rossie Patterson and Jack Patterson; and his great grandchildren, Stella Boswell, Savanah Williams and Emerson Boswell.
