With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ann Aiken Koonce (Rex, North Carolina), born in Hickory, North Carolina, who passed away on June 2, 2018 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin. She is survived by: her child Marvin Burke Koonce III; her wife Adora of Raleigh; and also, John Aiken Koonce (Suzie) of Raleigh and Ann Koonce Bond (Thomas Kermit Bond) of Lafayette, LA.. She is also survived by mother, grandmother and friend who will be remembered for her deep love and commitment to her family and friends.
