It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Noward Wells Jr. of Reidsville, North Carolina, who passed away on September 26, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wells and Margaret Wells; and his sister Edna Courts McCollum. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis B. Wells; his sisters, Marchia Wells and Laetitia Wells; his mother-in-law Gladys Jones Bracken; and his siblings-in-law, David Bracken (Jackie), Marion Sutton (Cornell) and Melissa Howe (Solomon). He is also survived by nieces and nephews; a host of other relatives and friends.
