We are sad to announce that on April 13, 2023, at the age of 77, William Lawrence McKinney of Reidsville, North Carolina, born in Rockingham, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walker McKinney and Sallie Gilliam McKinney; his wife Judith Kirkman McKinney; his son Billy McKinney; and his brother Darrell Scearce.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sherron Roach (Brooks) of Reidsville, Deneen Joyce Smith of Reidsville and Sonya McKinney of Reidsville; his daughter-in-law Lisa McKinney (Woody) of Reidsville; his brother Donnie McKinney (Susan) of Reidsville; and his grandchildren, Brooks Roach III (Juliana), Josh Clifton, Jessica Whaley, Levi Moore Shannon McKinney (Keri), Geena Matthews, Sydney Zimmerman (Brandon) and Brooke-Shea McKinney. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
