He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanford Kallam and Helen Harris Kallam. He is survived by: his wife Robin Preston Kallam of Reidsville; his sister Kathryn Kallam Ruocchio; his brother-in-law John H. Ruocchio; his nephew Thomas Stanford Ruocchio; his niece Lillian Grace Ruocchio of Raleigh; and his brothers-in-law, Roger Preston and Tal Shalom of New York.
