We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2025, at the age of 85, William Andrew Cook Jr. of Reidsville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Andrew Cook and Thelma Frye Cook; his brother-in-law Jerry Prescott; and his nephew Eric Prescott. He is survived by: his children, William Andrew Cook, III (Traci) of Raleigh, NC and Sarah Cook Foley (Joe) of Falls Church, VA; his grandchildren, Will, Anna Cook of Raleigh, NC, Grace Foley of Boston, MA and Cullen Foley of Alexandria, VA.; his siblings, Patricia "Pat" Parker (John) of Newport News, VA and Robert "Bob" Cook (Kathy) of Statesville, NC; and his nieces, Andrea Basham, Jennifer Riney (Will) and Sherron Rickabaugh (Greg).
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Citty Funeral Home, Inc. (308 Lindsey St, Reidsville, NC 27320). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Camp Springs Community Church (9168 Cherry Grove Rd, Reidsville, NC 27320).
