He is survived by: his wife Ann Boaz; his children, Taelor Stone (Ryan), Matt Boaz (Bryanna), Ramsey Morales (Rico), Nicole Boaz and Thomas Reynolds (Karen); his grandchildren, Susie, Cynthia, Mason, Clayton, Hayley, Nathan, Addisyn, Elizabeth, Weston, Kaitlyn and Avery; his siblings, Sheila Tilley (Joe), Larry Boaz (Lou Ann), Ken Boaz (Amy) and Loraine Pruitt; and his brother-in-law Will Martin (Donna). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
