He is survived by: his parents, Eureka Thornton Mc Kinnon and Jovon Mc Kinnon; his children, Ni'Miyah Thornton, Denise Thornton, Shyheim, Jr. and Rhylen Thornton; his sisters, Alexis Mc Kinnon and Khalia Mc Kinnon; and his great-grandparents, John, Leona Mc Kinnon, LaVern Thornton "PeeWee", Theola Patterson and Clarie Abbott Mc Laughlin. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
