She was predeceased by: her parents, Berlon Kellum Small and Thelma Rhae Butler Small of Reidsville, NC.; and her sister Sandra Small Kiser of Hampstead. She is survived by: her husband Anthony "Tony" Doom; her sister Susan Small Bailey (Tom); her children, Scott Doom (Debbie) of Colfax, Jason Doom (Ashley) of Reidsville and Courtney Doom-Henegar (Buddy) of Reidsville; her granddaughters, Amber, Cheyenne, Megan and McKayla; her niece Jamie Bailey Tokarczyk (Jeff); and her nephew David Bailey (Mary).
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wilkerson Funeral Home (1909 Richardson Dr, Reidsville, NC 27320). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sharon Baptist Church (3540 Iron Works Rd, Reidsville, NC 27320). A burial was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at the Sharon Baptist Church Cemetery (3540 Iron Works Rd, Reidsville, NC 27320).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to ANCORA Compassionate Care, a palliative care provider in Rockingham County.
