She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Brownie" Pickard and Margaret Lee; her husband Joseph Albert Lynn; her daughter Melissa Ann Lynn; her great grandchild Shakiya Wilson; and her brothers, Freddie Lee, Leon Settle and Walter King.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Faye Lynn and Maggie Mae Cummings (Ronnie); her grandchildren, Shaunta Jones (Eddie), Danny Simmons and Sydne'Simmons; and her siblings, George H. Pickard (Ernestine), Clarence Lee and Deborah Pickard. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McLaurin-Harris Funeral Home (721 E Morehead St, Reidsville, NC 27320). Visitation was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the West End Baptist Church (805 Vance St, Reidsville, NC 27320). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
