He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lipford and Mamie Lipford; his daughter Lu Anne; and his siblings, Elsie, Doris, Curtis, Claude and Ben.
He is survived by: his sons, Robin Dale (Linda) and Mark Alan (Deborah); his wife Barbara Jean Wright of Ruffin, NC.; his grandchildren, Kevin (Logan), Kory, Rachel, Michael and Charles; his great grandchildren, Lena and Kaden; and his siblings, Jack, Dillard (Mack) and Zona Oakes.
