He was predeceased by: his parents, Noble Tuggle and Frances Louise Manuel Tuggle; his daughter Kindle Tilley; the mother of his children Sue Tuggle; his wife Margaret Tuggle; and his brother Ray Tuggle.
He is survived by: his children, Keith Tuggle (Nicole) and Kelly Dietzen (Mike); his grandchildren, Warren Dodson, Jackson Dietzen, Emma Tuggle, Brooklyn Tuggle and Jamie Comer (Jeremy); his great grandchild Carson Comer; and his siblings, Rex Tuggle (Julia) and Jeannie Ziglar. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
