He was predeceased by: his parents, John Eli and Bessie Rowland Withers; and his wife Mary Lou Benton Withers. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Withers of Waco, TX, Dwayne Withers (Mary) of West, TX and Marilyn Withers (John Koziol) of Pueblo, CO; his brother Bobby Withers of Lubbock, TX; his grandchildren, Joshua Withers, Emma Coblentz (Jordan), Ashley Withers, Nicole Rollo (Brian Cabalar), Julie Rollo and Johnny Wasik; and his great grandchildren, Audrey, Astrid and Aidan.
