He is survived by: his children, Lindsey Ann Bolejack, Nicholas Wesley Bolejack and Sally; his grandchildren, Huston Wesley Bolejack and River Ann Bolejack; his sister Janet Bolejack Williams (Jim); the mother of his children Della; and his close friends, Glenn Washburn, John Hooper and Tim Hinkle. He is also survived by extended family and many special friends.
