He is survived by: his children, Maysen Washburn (Maclin) and Maclin Washburn; the mother of his children Amber Holder; his mother Pam Chatman Phipps; his stepfather Billy Phipps; his father Michael T Washburn (Kak); his siblings, Jamie Lynn Ward Freer, Nalin Washburn, Sanao Washburn, Eryn Phipps, Jessica Young Mayton, Cole Washburn (Deb) and Blake Phipps; his grandparents, Lynda Massey McDaniel and Joe Chatman (Barbara); and his nieces and nephews, Malaiya Freer, Claire Washburn, Levi Freer, Caden Washburn, Wyatt Washburn and Areon Phipps.
