She was predeceased by: her parents, William Stratton and Annie Gammon Stratton Earles (Lewis Walter Boyd); and her sister Virginia Stratton Odare. She is survived by: her children, Michael Boyd, Candy Pleasant (Richard) and Bunnie Overby (Danny); her grandchildren, Benjy Overby (Katie), Brandy Fox Scotty Moore (Allan) and Eamon Boyd Courtney Boyd (Becca); her great grandchildren, Benjamin Overby, Thomas Overby, William Overby and Kingston Moore; and her caregivers, Pat, Cam, Stephanie, Amy, Meday, Donna and Linda.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Evergreen Memory Gardens (7875 US-158, Reidsville, NC 27320).
