She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Carter and Frances B. Grimsley Day; and her husband Russell Gene Gauldin. She is survived by: her children, Russell Geoffrey Gauldin (Pam) of Cary and Katrina G. White (Ricky) of Pelham; her brothers, LeRoy Day (Peggy), Alan Day (Barbara) and Robert Day (Kitty Lou); and her grandchildren, Gavin White, Cara White, Ethan White, Grant White, Leah Myers, Carter Gauldin and Sydney Gauldin.
