We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2025, at the age of 63, Mark Hopkins Gibbs of Reidsville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Eugene Secor Gibbs; his son Mackenzie Gibbs; and the father of his child Eugene Secor Gibbs. He is survived by: his mother Joanna Hopkins Gibbs of Reidsville; his wife Tracy Leigh Ragan Gibbs; his sons, Justin Holt Gibbs of Ruffin and Trey Elrod of Gilbert, SC; his siblings, Daryl Gibbs (Emily) of Inman, SC, Michael Gibbs of Greensboro, Lisa Provence of Charlotteville, VA, Janet Gibbs of Eden and Nancy Sodano (Marc) of Holly Springs, NC; and his grandson Waylon Gibbs of Ruffin. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Citty Funeral Home, Inc. (308 Lindsey St, Reidsville, NC 27320). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ages Baptist Church (116 S Franklin St, Reidsville, NC 27320).
