It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta Pyron Dickerson of Reidsville, North Carolina, born in Rockingham, North Carolina, who passed away on December 25, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Peyton Pyron and Gracie Lovelace Pyron; and her daughters, Karen Myrick and Debra Denny. She is survived by: her husband Donald "Duck" Dickerson; her children, David Lee Finney, Norman Dale Finney (Susan) and Carolyn Kimrey (Eric); her stepsons, Donald Ray Dickerson and James Ira Dickerson; her grandchildren, Shannon Pinnix (Donnie), Donna DeLapp (Paige), Tabitha Guzman (Moran), Christina Finney, Amanda Finney, Brad Denny, Amanda Bare and Arica Kimrey; and her half-sister Betty Pruitt. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
