He is survived by: his parents, Larry Alan and Jean Owens Lemons; his sisters, Karla Holt (Marty) of Ramseur, NC, Lori Lemons of Reidsville and April Lemons (Cat Crago) of Tucker, GA.; his grandparents, Paul Henry and Jackie Wilson Lemons of Reidsville; and his nieces and nephews, Brittany Grubbs (Phillip), Jack Holt (Madison), Morgan McKinney, Matthew McKinney and Meredith McKinney.
