He is survived by: his wife Susan Cook; his daughters, Tonia Wall (Tim) of Sophia, NC and Karen Cook of Reidsville; his grandchildren, Taylor Cook, Austin Ford, Dakota Cook, Carly Cook, Maggie, Avery, Marty and Kayleigh Hester; his aunt Char Champion of High Point, NC; his nieces, Nicole Rockstead and Denise Dugan of San Diego, CA; and his great-nieces, Avalon Rockstead and Scout Dugan. He is also survived by several great grandchildren; family friend.
